All orders will be despatched as soon as possible subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

All deliveries are subject to carrier's standard procedures.

For standard delivery a signature should not be required and therefore packages that will not fit through your letterbox may be taken back to the postal depot for your collection. If you have opted for express delivery a signature will be required.

All delivery time scales exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.

You will be charged once per website order for delivery and gift boxing however many deliveries we make to you. In the event we are not able to fulfil all of your order for immediate delivery – due to stock shortage – we shall despatch available stock and balance of your remaining order shall be despatched free of delivery charges, if applicable.

Gift-wrapping – for the perfect gift you can request your order gift-wrapped (additional charge).

For Christmas delivery we suggest you place orders by December 19th .
