Methods of payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo and American Express). All credit and debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. All card details are checked and verified by a third party and once authorisation has been obtained the goods are despatched. If the issuer of the card declines to authorise a payment for any reason, this will not render Top Trolleys liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable you may cancel your order in accordance with the rights of the distance selling regulations.

Please note that we are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within the next five days.

It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

Prices

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage, packing and gift-wrap if applicable, which will be shown on the delivery note.

In the unlikely event where we discover an error in the pricing of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible to give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
