General Policy
We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase, but if not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. All we ask is that you return qualifying items in their original, unworn condition with all labels/swing tickets intact. Returns should be made within 21 days of receipt.
Please note where an item has been carelessly tried on or mishandled, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on that item.
Please allow 10 working days for returned goods to reach us. We will contact you as soon as we receive the goods and will try to process your request (for refund or replacement) as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days from receipt of your return for this to be done.
Please note reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products:-
Breast enhancing products
Hosiery
Please make sure that briefs, thongs and swimwear etc are tried over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse return of items where it is apparent this has not been done.
Returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if packaging seals have been broken.
Refunding
All refunds will be charged back to card used for original purchase. You will be contacted if we encounter any problems.
If an exchange is lower in value than the returned goods the refund will be charged back to the card used to place the original order. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been credited back to the cardholder.
When replacements of higher value are requested the difference will be charged using the credit card used when the original order was placed.
Postage and gift-wrapping charges will not be refunded but if replacement items are requested you will not be charged again for delivery. Replacement items will not be gift-wrapped and we suggest you keep gift-wrapping from the original order.
In the unfortunate event your item is faulty, we will also refund the delivery charge where applicable.
Returning goods
If you wish to return goods to us simply follow the instructions on the reverse page of your delivery note and send the item(s) back in their original condition and packaging (including all attached tags) to the returns address. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting.
We advise you obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) when returning goods and suggest you return your goods by Royal Mail. We will contact you via email as soon as we have received the goods and will process your request as soon as possible. Please allow seven working days from receipt of your return for your request to be processed.
Please inform us immediately (within the first 3 days of arrival) if any goods have been damaged in transit. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for any damage.
Returning faulty goods
If you believe any received goods to be faulty please return them to us together with a note (include your order number) explaining what you believe the problem to be. We will investigate the fault and contact you to agree a solution to the problem.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected when goods are faulty.

If you no longer have the returns labels included with your order please click the link below to print out a returns form.
Alternatively enclose a note with the returned item(s). The note must include the following:
Name, address, contact telephone number and email address, order number (if known), reason for return and details of whether a return or replacement is required.
